Buddy, a human raised at the North Pole in the mistaken belief that he is an elf, travels to New York to find his real father — who turns out to be on the naughty list and to have a son who doesn’t believe in Santa. Along the way Buddy causes havoc, finds romance and sets about putting Christmas back into New York City.
